Actually what does term insurance mean? Before you purchase a term life insurance policy it is very important that you understand what it is,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
The word "term" means that there is a specific period of time that you are going to have coverage and when that period ends the coverage also ends,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. When the term has expired you will need to find a new insurance policy ,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
In the insurance parlance,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Annuitant is defined as a person who benefits from a pension or annuity. The advantage of the annuity is that it provides a higher payment of the current value at the time of death. In case an individual dies before the policy period is over,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the beneficiaries are the heirs who receive the accumulated amount of the annuity. The payments are subject to income and estate taxes.
There are some factors which affect insurance terms and rates-
Date of birth is the important factor which is used to determine the annuitant’s age. If the annuitant is relatively young,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the period of insurance will be long and therefore the premium will be low. Another aspect that an insurance company looks into is the s*x of the annuitant. Women generally tend to live longer then men for which the insurance company has to budget in a different way.
Which insurance is good for you? There are two type of insurance,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], first is term life insurance and second is whole life insurance. Term life insurance protects your family from outstanding debts including mortgage. If you are interested in building cash value over a period,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], then whole life insurance is the better option
Please keep in mind that the longer the "term" policy is the more expensive it will be,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. The insurance companies know this and use this information as one part of the equation in determining your insurance rates,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
We hope those people who for site where they can get good information about term life insurance quote online. To do it,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you have to fill an information form online and submit it. No website selling your information to a bunch of insurance agents and thus you do not get bothered for weeks by multiple agents calling your house.

Summing It Up
Author's Bio:
Reared on corn-fed beef and other artificial substances in almost every food and beverage we ingest, current generations have seen an epidemic increase in diet-related disease; and the situation continues to worsen. The Center for Disease Control now predicts that current first-graders may stand a one in three chance of contracting Type II diabetes.
What They Are
A protein that does not supply all the essential amino acids is called an incomplete protein. Some food proteins (from grains, fruits and vegetables) are either low or incomplete proteins and require the combination of another plant protein, eaten together (or within a reasonably short, 4 hour period of time,) to form a complete protein.
Why Grains Adversely Affect Us
Where We Get Them
Cows, sheep, and other grazing animals are endowed with the ability to convert grasses because they are ruminants, which is to say that they possess a rumen, a 45 or so gallon (in the case of cows) fermentation tank in which resident bacteria convert cellulose into protein and fats.
Now that we know how important they are,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], lets talk about where we get this vital nutrient. Vegetarians can survive by combining various plant forms, but the majority of the population are meat eaters. Our proteins come from animals—cattle, poultry, sheep, goats and a plethora of wild game. Here's where the story gets interesting.
Back in the mid-1980s scientists started discovering that grains, grain-based foods, and grain-fed livestock products are the root cause for most if not all of today's major chronic diseases (body failings): Cancer, depression,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], obesity, allergies, autoimmune diseases such as lupus and arthritis, diabetes, asthma, and more.
A partial list of functions includes the growth of human beings from conception to adulthood; every aspect of healing; maintenance of all cells in the body, flesh,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], bone and hair; blood coagulation; the formation of immune compounds for disease prevention; the regulation of the amounts of fluids in the tissues; the water balance of the blood; the formation of enzymes for digestion; the formation of hormones; and the list could go on and on. And if that's not enough, every protein molecule in the body is continually changing and renewing its structure based on what the body requires.
In "You Are What You Eat," we noted that for 99.5 percent of our time on earth mankind has lived on lean muscle meats, limited fatty organ meats, and wild fruits and vegetables--but, most significantly, not grains, legumes, dairy products, or the very high-fat, grain-fed carcasses of modern domesticated animals.
Studies in the field of "paleopathology" (investigation of health, disease,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and death from archaeological study of skeletons) have found that with the start of the grain domestication and agriculture era at the end of the paleolithic period (about 9,000 B.C.,) by the end of the neolithic period in 3,000 B.C. males decreased in height roughly 4-6 inches from 5 feet 9.7 inches to 5 feet 3.5 inches and showed significant signs of disease.
The considerable decrease in stature at this time is thought to have resulted from restricted blood calcium and/or vitamin D, plus insufficient essential amino acid levels, the latter resulting from the reduced consumption of meat at this time (as determined by strontium/calcium ratios in human bone remains). While the diet was adequate in calories,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it was barely or less than adequate in minerals from the depleting effects of phytate,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], (phytates in grains bind minerals and inhibit absorption) which led to a state of low general health.
A cooperative project between California State University, Chico College of Agriculture and University of California has brought to light a number of reports that show grass-fed beef products contain elevated concentrations of B-carotene and a-tocopherol, increased levels of omega-3 fatty acids, a more desirable omega-3:omega-6 ratio, and increased levels of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), all substances reported to have favorable biological effects on human health. You can read a complete report at ""
What It's Doing To Us
Today, the vast majority of cattle spend anywhere from 60-120 days in feedlots being fattened with grain before being slaughtered. You can't take a beef calf from a birth weight of 80 pounds to 1,200 pounds in a little more than a year on grass. It takes enormous quantities of corn, protein supplements and growth hormones.
Since the majority of our protein comes from the meat we eat, we naturally expect that meat to provide a healthy source of all the various fats, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients our bodies require, as well as the protein.
It's not beef that's bad for us; it's corn-fed beef that's bad for us,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]..
Grass-fed beef on the other hand is not only good for us, it provides the proper protein we all need and a number of vital nutrients that are critical to our health. The more grazing meats, including free range chickens (plus the eggs from them) that we can eat, the more our diets will improve and the healthier we will become.
But the sad story began years earlier,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and we need to go back in history to understand what has happened to our food supply.
When we eat corn-fed meat products, we are subjecting ourselves to the same sorts of negative side effects--phytic acid preventing absorption of key minerals in our systems. But it gets worse. We are ingesting all the antibiotics fed to the cattle to counteract the ill effects of the corn on them which in turn impacts our immune systems. It has been postulated that staph infections in hospitals that are resistant to antibiotics may be the result of such altered immune systems.
In addition, the relationship of Omega 6 to Omega 3, both essential fatty acids, should be in the range of 1:1 to 3:1 for our bodies to function properly. Grass-fed beef provides this ideal relationship. Corn-fed beef provides 10 or more times the amount of Omega 6 than our bodies require, helping to create acidic blood, the precursor of almost every illness and disease.
What They Do
Prior to the second World War, almost all American beef ate pasture grass for the duration of their lives. Seventy-five years ago, steers were 4 or 5 years old at slaughter. Following the war, in an effort to speed up bringing beef to the table, ranchers started to fatten cattle with corn. Today,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], cattle are fattened for slaughter in 14 to 16 months.

Saying proteins are the worker molecules that make possible every activity in your body, is an understatement. Every function in a living cell depends on proteins. Proteins are polymers (clusters) of hundreds of thousands of combinations of 20 or so, smaller units called amino acids. Of the amino acids that the human body requires, 13 are called non-essential because the body can synthesize them. The remaining 9 are known as essential amino acids because they can only be obtained from food.
Phytic acid combines with key minerals, especially calcium, magnesium,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], copper, iron, and zinc and prevents their absorption in the intestinal tract.
What We Need
How beneficial is the meat we're eating?
What We're Doing Now
The lack of these minerals. and fatty acids like Omega 3 and other nutrients in our diets, added to the pollutants that now infest our food supply, go a long way toward explaining the prevalence of the diseases and ill health that we all are subject to.
Switching a cow from grass to grain is so disturbing to the animal's digestive system that it can kill the animal if not done gradually and if the animal is not continually fed antibiotics. Designed to forage for their food, we now make them eat grain, primarily corn, in order to fatten them as quickly as possible.
In 1973, Sec. of Agriculture Butz under Nixon, not only reversed the policy of paying farmers not to grow food in order to support prices, but began to subsidize production. Naturally, production soared, so new uses had to be found for the excess corn. Fattening cattle with corn accelerated.
Proteins are incredibly complex, and the more we learn,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],the more we realize how vastly complicated they are. There is virtually an endless number of possible protein combinations. And there are endless volumes of books and studies on proteins for you to research if you are so inclined.

reform and opening up has gone through the 1/3 century, the rise of the Chinese economy is impressive. But the income gap between urban and rural areas, between regions, between the industry has a tendency to expand. The uneven distribution of wealth, has become one of the main obstacles to economic development,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], social progress. Therefore the accumulation of various problems, "promised not to abandon" voice gradually.

Four to Five industrial trainees from Southeast Asia entered an optician's located in the center of Ansan city on February 13,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], a day before the Lunar New Year holidays to shop for a present to send to their families. A housewife in her 30's at the shop murmured that there were lots of people with dark skin in the shop and they smelled strange. Trainees who spend 2-3 years in Korea looked at each other and one politely said to the woman, "Madame,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], how can you speak like that? We have the same red blood under our dark skin just as you have." Embarrassed by the words, the housewife apologized and hurriedly left the place. The trainees added with a bittered expression on her back. "We are also human."
Around 60,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],000 industial trainees from Southeast Asia are in Korea as of the end of 1998. The figure might reach 180,000 if the number of illegal stays is included,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], according to an official. Most of them are engaged in the '3D industries' and paid low salaries which are below a third of the average domestic workers' salary. Besides a poor working environment, lack of legal safeguards regarding industrial injuries and rough treatment in the work place,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the most painful thing is Korean's attitude to foreigners.
Park Chun-eung,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], chief of the foreign worker center in Ansan,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], said that Southeast Asian trainees feel almost fear when they are gazed at by Korean as if they were not human. Masude Lana, who graduated from the psychology department of Dakar University in Bangladesh and came to Korea as a trainee in 1997,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], said that just economic power is an insufficient factor for a country that wants to be treated as advanced in the international arena.
When foreign workers and Korean Chinese coming to the country have to experience contempt and scorn just because they were poor during our economic peak full of bubbles,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], we should be ashamed of ourself. During the harsh winter of the IMF guidelines, we pledged to reflect on past years, being ashamed of our acts. With an economic recovery expected,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], however,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the improvement of our glances at foreign workers seems not to have been achieved yet.

Your chance to bounce higher
No matter who you are,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you feel less comfortable financially than you did a couple years ago. And particularly if that's the only comfort you knew, you're hurting. The good news is that you also feel less complacent!
If you haven't gotten more creative and motivated yet, you can. You will,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], once you feel that spark of hope and begin to fan it.
Sometimes it takes things getting worse, even when you think they can't. Recognizing that they can inspires gratitude for what you had and still have, as well as compassion for others. When I get sick,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I find myself more thankful for my health and more empathetic toward those with chronic problems.
Disaster calls us together—as a family, or a global community. It shifts the focus to what we have in common — and inevitably demonstrates the strength of alliance for mutual benefit.
In our mind's eye, we put ourselves in our brother's shoes. We realize that we share the same habitat, the same economy and the same DNA ... and that roles are simply roles,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], subject to change. "Be nice to people on your way up because you meet them on your way down," said Jimmy Durante.
Epic changes — in the home, the workplace and the community — may leave you wondering whether you're climbing up or down the ladder. And as stereotypes crumble, you just might find the courage to lose your ego.
"Househusbands of Hollywood,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," presented five high-powered, bread-winning wives and the men behind them. Trying on a partner's role is a great tool for creating more understanding,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], which leads to acceptance. And acceptance goes a long way toward loving somebody, anybody!
As staff in the office shrinks, you could actually be confused about who's doing what. And if you're confused,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you can imagine how confused outsiders are. I recently ran out of people I could call by name before finding somebody who was still employed at the bank.
Many people don't know if they're going to have a job tomorrow ... but they know they're not alone. And standing together,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], blurring the lines that can divide us, builds community, as well as homes and businesses.
When it seems like things can't get worse, and they do, they just got better. It's when the ball hits bottom that it starts to bounce up again.
"I don't measure a man's success by how high he climbs but how high he bounces when he hits bottom," said General George S. Patton.
We may be unable to defy gravity ,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]... but we can sure enough rebound. The best way to bail somebody else out may be to let him find out what he's made of when he hits the ground.
Now is always the best time to discover who we are and start the ascension.
I'm not questioning anybody's innate goodness. If you've read my latest book, or just my column for while,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you know that. But I am suggesting that many people have yet to find their goodness.
They don't know that they can climb again, that they didn't just get lucky the first time up. Oh, I know,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], some of them did get lucky; some of them just knew somebody who got lucky! But that doesn't mean they're "bad" or "weak"; it only means they're afraid that they are, which makes them terrified of falling.
If we are to succeed together,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], we can't deny others the opportunity to discover their resiliency. We must help them to find and draw on their individual vigor, as well as the vigor of union.
We can ALL be comfortable again ... but let's not ever get as "comfortable" as we were ignoring our responsibility to demonstrate our individual goodness, thinking that somebody else could do it for us.

Having prepared your interview agenda,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], make your presentation come alive. Rehearse the phrases you've developed in front of a mirror, on tape and with friends. Get feedback on your effectiveness. Spontaneity increases as you become comfortable with content.
6. Discussing your expectations provides a smooth transition to your future plans. Many job candidates repeat the mistake of reverting to specific job titles. Worse yet, they speak about wanting something: a bigger salary, more advancement possibilities,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], to be part of a growing company. Organizations typically don't care what you want; their concern is what you can do for them. Thus, in constructing your statement about what you want to do, frame your expectations according to the functions you can perform for your prospective employer. Analysis of your past successes will help substantiate your potential contributions: "I seek a strong management role in marketing, where my abilities to identify potential new product lines,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], launch successful campaigns and work closely with creatives--both in-house and at agencies--will be an asset. I see myself developing a stronger international orientation,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], building on my recent experience with XYZ Co."
French artist Edgar Degas had a unique method of preparing his paintings. He would first sketch the entire subject, then extract the figure from the background to perfect it. Next, he would redraw the scene and reposition the subject where he thought it fit best. The result was his ideal: "premeditated spontaneity."
Degas' technique-taking his model out of context, examining and articulating it, then placing it where it looked best-applies to job interviewing. "Premeditated spontaneity" lets you put yourself in the best light. If you take time to establish your own outline, you'll be able to channel what the interviewer asks into what you want to say.
Sketch your self-presentation using the following six components:

5. Your exit statement is critical. Every interviewer wants to know why you're looking for a new position-or why you're leaving your present employer. Make the statement simple and positive: "While I have enjoyed my four years at XYZ Co., the recent reorganization has limited my potential for advancement and I'm exploring opportunities outside the company.

3. To give the interviewer a concrete sense of your achievements. Be prepared to offer two or three examples of recent accomplishments. You can select these while you're developing your resume. In the early stages of the interview,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], state these examples briefly. The interviewer will have an opportunity to ask for the details later. Some phrases which have impact are: "I recently repositioned a declining taco chip product, achieving a sales increase of 40%." Or: "This past year, I developed a research project to evaluate the division's entry into a new OTC category. My recommendations for product strategy and advertising resulted in a successful test market and product launch. "
I. Describe your expertise. What do you do-in specific terms? Most candidates share useless information such as job titles and company names. Or they might say something like, "I'm in marketing." These responses frustrate the interviewers. A more helpful answer can be phrased: "I'm a senior marketing executive with extensive experience in corporate communications, public relations and advertising."
Art is the ability to simplify the complex, to depict what occurs naturally in a unique way. Like any creative effort,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], artful interviewing takes preparation,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], energy and the ability to focus the interviewer on the subjects you choose to illuminate.
2. Demonstrate your range of experience. Interviewers like to know where you've worked. They might be interested in the company names but more likely a sense of industry experience and specialization factors will be most useful. So,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you might expand your self-description with: "In my 15 years of professional experience,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], I have worked both domestically and internationally in the consumer products industry,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], specifically in beverages, luxury foods and pharmaceuticals."
4. Your education can help position you favorably against other applicants. If your degree seems irrelevant to your current goals, find a way to integrate the advantages of your studies with your abilities. Example: "My undergraduate major in psychology,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], combined with corporate courses in management and leadership training,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], has given me effective people management skills in addition to my technical expertise in marketing."

The government will offer investors planned industrial sites in South Chungcheong Province at lower prices than in nearby industrial parks to refashion the flagging administrative town project into a business city,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. It also plans the same or more tax benefits than a free economic zone for the site in South Chungcheong Province,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
The plans came in PR materials to lure investment from domestic and foreign investors published Monday,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. The agency in charge of the project recently opened an English website (www,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].happycity.go,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].kr) for foreign investors,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. "It promises to supply the land at "unprecedented low prices" for investors.
The agency said investors can purchase the land by long term installment plan to relieve any financial difficulties in the early stage of business,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
It also promises "dramatic" deregulation,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], waiving mandatory hiring requirements and paid vacation for workers. Foreigners will be able to establish private foreign schools and profit-making hospitals,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], while the ceiling on foreign currency transactions will be raised.
The agency promises investors various tax benefits, including 100 percent corporate and income tax (national taxes),[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and acquisition, registration,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], property and composite land taxes (local taxes) for the first three years and 50 percent for the next two years. Duties for imported capital materials will be waived for the first three years.
Investors will benefit from 30 percent foreign labor income tax or from a 17 percent uniform tax rate. The agency will also give cash grants to the investors to build new plants and for employment, education and training of their employees.
The support program is on a par with a similar program designed for investors in free economic zones. The government plans to reflect it in a revision bill which it will finish drafting next month,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
