In this Blog I want to talk about some typical dishes of Spain. Some you probably can find them pretty easy in every Spanish restaurant but some you might need to use ypur ability to find because it not easy to find in a normal restaurant
The fist dishI want to talk about is Lentejas. Lentejas is one of my favorite dish. I also got the receipt from my host Grandmother to cook this Lentejas dish. Lentejas is one of the typical spanish dish which i don think it has any translation for this dish not that i know. Actually this dish is a very easy dish to cook. At least, when i was in spain,[url=http://www.sport.fr/economie/airmax.html]chaussures nike pas cher[/url], i found out that almost every restaurant kind of have lentejas as one of the plate in menu del dia (Menu of the day). Lentejas is a bean soup or a lentils soup. People usually add ribs and chorizo (Spanish sausage) in the soup as to make it more tasty. It one of the menu that i recommened everybody to taste it one of your life time.
The second dish i want to talk about is Paella or spanish fried rice. Paella dish is a typical dish from Valencia, one of the famous city in the east of Spain. There are many type of Paella. For example, Shrimp Paella, Seafood Paella, mixed Paella, Valencian Paella, and etc. Valencian Paella consists of white rice, green vegetables, meat, rabbit, chicken, duck, snails, beans and seasoning. Actually I have tried many Paella but haven tried the Valencian one before Had a chane to tried it but didnt want to, becuase i think it mixed too much stuff so didnt dare to taste it. But anyway Paella is another dish that you can find it in any Spanish restaurant around the world.
The last dish i want to say about is Talo. Talo is one of the typical Basquespanish dish. which u cannot find it in a normal Spanish Restaurant. Even if you in Spain, it is hard to find talo to eat too. Talo can only be found in the northern part of Spain. Taro is made of corn and flour. Normally they put chorizo or lomo inside. Taro is one of the dish that will only come up on some festival in the northern of Spain. So it is really rhard to find it. But once you tried it you will definitely love it. XD
